Regent Construction completed a public works security fence upgrade at Vance Park in Gresham, Oregon. The project involved improving the existing fence condition to strengthen site security and reduce unauthorized access to a hazardous area adjacent to the park.
Because the work was performed in an active public park, Regent maintained clear site control, secured materials daily, and kept the work area separated from park users throughout the project. The completed upgrade improved public safety, enhanced access control, and demonstrated Regent’s ability to execute small public works projects with clean logistics and minimal disruption.
