Regent Construction delivered a design/build roof overlay at Adventist Health Tillamook to address an existing leaking roof area above the Emergency Department. The project required a coordinated solution that could be implemented quickly while protecting active hospital operations, maintaining emergency vehicle access, and preserving watertight conditions throughout construction.
Because the work was performed above an active ER and during the coastal rain season, Regent carefully planned the roofing approach, material loading, and daily work sequencing. Materials were loaded by forklift to maintain flexibility around emergency access, and daily installation areas were limited to what could be covered and secured before the end of each workday.
The project was completed on time with no disruption to Emergency Department operations and no leaks during construction. The work demonstrates Regent’s ability to deliver design/build infrastructure solutions in active healthcare environments where operational continuity, weather protection, and risk control are critical.
