Regent Construction completed an occupied healthcare renovation for Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Tillamook, Oregon. The project converted an existing storage room into a new isolation room to support increased patient treatment capacity and respond to requirements identifiedduring OHA review.
The work was performed inside an active dialysis clinic with limited space and ongoing patient care operations. Regent maintained a secured construction barrier, coordinated off-hours work as needed, and kept the work area clean and separated from patients and staff throughout construction.
The project was completed on time and within budget, with no interruption to clinic operations or patient care. The completed upgrade helped the facility expand treatment capacity while maintaining a safe and controlled healthcare environment.
